At Bosch Chile, we are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to lead the growth and commercial development of our Industrial Boilers business within the VP division.

• Design and implement the strategic commercial plan for the Industrial Boilers business in Chile.
• Identify priority markets, segments and high-potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Develop and execute strategies for the introduction of new products, services and solutions.
• Translate market and field insights into commercial priorities and long‑term business strategies.

• Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high‑value industrial solutions, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to negotiation, closing and after‑sales support.
• Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with current and potential industrial customers.
• Engage with different decision‑makers and stakeholders, including C‑Level executives, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement teams.
• Expand and develop a portfolio of strategic customers by understanding their operational and technical needs and translating them into valuable solutions.
• Lead the development of complex and high‑impact technical‑commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and compliance with Bosch quality standards.

• Drive commercial opportunities related to industrial steam and hot water boilers, water‑tube boilers, combustion systems, steam and energy generation, energy efficiency and industrial thermal processes.
