Lead regional sales for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on building market share and meeting sales targets.

• manage and develop a team of Neuroscience Specialty Representatives
• develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies
• build relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts
• analyze business environment and optimize resource deployment
• ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional policies
• partner with Value & Access teams for market access strategies
• oversee regional budget and performance metrics
• communicate market intelligence and support product adoption through clinical and customer engagement

• BA/BS required
• 8+ years biopharma sales experience, including 3+ years in neuroscience sales leadership
• deep understanding of injectable medications, payer landscape, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy pathways
• experience with managed care and key account management

• experience with preventive or acute migraine treatments
