Position: Security Officer - Mobile Patrol — Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.
• Control access by monitoring entrances, assisting with visitor direction, verifying credentials as required by post orders, and/or maintaining sign-in and key control logs when assigned.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local responders as needed and assisting with crowd control and scene management until relieved.
• Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and activity logs; communicate issues to property management and Allied Universal leadership, and use radio and/or phone communications per site procedures.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
