Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, way finding, and de-escalation support as needed, while respecting patient privacy and facility guidelines.;
Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
