This is a temp-to-hire with eligibility for full-time permanent placement.

Job SummaryGoodwill Staffing is seeking an Airport Queue (Line) Attendant with experience delivering exceptional service. Our client works with “Clear” or “TSA” at Denver International Airport. The role is focused on keeping the line moving with a smile and, when needed, a loud voice.
Our client is a small, woman‑ and minority‑owned business with a multi‑year contract at Denver International Airport. They serve 65,000 travelers daily and align with the Denver “Golden Rule” of treating people well.
Essential Functions- Provide way finding and customer services to the general public (e.g., restrooms, parking).
- Manage the Queue (Line) systems at TSA security checkpoints, including credential verification.
- Divert passengers to the checkpoint with the lowest wait time, mindful of walk times.
- Log and report checkpoint data metrics: wait times, available lanes, document‑check positions, etc.
- Follow established post orders.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Previous customer service experience working under pressure.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a background check to obtain airport badging.
- Must lift 50 lbs, be on feet 8 hours a day, and walk ~15,000 steps/day.
- Voice must project to direct people and keep the crowds moving to TSA Pre‑Check and onto gates.
- Comfortable answering repeated questions such as “Where is the bathroom?”
- Fast‑paced environment, multitasking, communication via walkie‑talkie.
Must pass a thorough background check per client contract requirements (criminal history, fingerprinting, MVR/DMV, psychological screening, etc.).
