Lead Security Officer Concierge

Salary
: $28.00 per hour

Requirements
: A current Colorado Guard Card is required;
Valid Driver License
; MUST BE 21

• Security Relief Officer Responsibilities:
  Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner; verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles; assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures; monitor and detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity; monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; patrol the interior and exterior perimeter to identify safety and security risks; warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking, possession of prohibited items);
  
  respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies by contacting local first responders; identify and report concerns in a timely manner; ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation; enforce and ensure compliance with rules and regulations; perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Security Control Room Officer:
  Push/report operational matters in real time to the SOC Manager; provide excellent customer service; manage and resolve or escalate customer service calls; manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls; maintain schedules; assist in supervision and development of security officers; handle escalated security issues or emergencies and coordinate with external emergency personnel; acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel; participate in regular training and drills;
  
  follow SOC protocols; perform SOC projects and tasks as requested; compile daily SOC activity reports and maintain shift pass-downs; compile SOC statistics and author incident reports.

• Valid Colorado Security License mandatory
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• High School Diploma
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• Physical requirements:
  
  occasional crouching, climbing stairs, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods
