Position

Security Officer Concierge – $23.00 per hour.

Key Requirements
  • Current Colorado Guard Card.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum age 21.
Responsibilities Security Officer Concierge Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
  • Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
  • Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items.
  • Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
  • Identify and report any safety, security breach, or unusual circumstance promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
  • Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Security Control Room Officer Responsibilities
  • Push and report operational matters in real time to the SOC Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
  • Resolve customer service calls or refer issues appropriately; manage communications from phone, email, and other workstations.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming information from email inboxes, work order requests, and all communications devices.
  • Maintain and review staffing schedules.
  • Assist in supervising and managing a team of security officers, including training and coaching.
  • Handle escalated security or emergency situations, coordinate incident response with internal and external teams.
  • Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.
  • Participate in regular training and scenario‑based security drills.
  • Execute emergency SOC protocols and general service SOC protocols.
  • Perform SOC‑related projects and tasks as assigned by the SOC Manager or Director of Operations.
  • Compile daily shift reports, including detailed shift pass‑downs and statistical data.
  • Author incident reports according to SOC protocols.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid AZ Security License.
  • Valid and clean Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum one year of security experience.
  • Must pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
  • Ability to perform occasional crouching, climbing stairs, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
