CompensationSalary: $24.00‑$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

By specific shift assignment, oversees and directs the work of Security Floor Agents assigned to respective shifts.
ShiftThursday – Monday: 10:20PM – 7:00AM;
Tuesday/Wednesday off.
- Serve as senior agent on assigned shifts; operate shift in support of a high guest experience.
- Assist in implementing and carrying out emergency, safety, and security programs and procedures.
- Perform foot and vehicle patrols; inspect and report on facilities compliance.
- Investigate incidents, including damage or injury to facility or employees; prepare incident reports.
- Assure proper routing of incident reports to Assistant Manager or Manager for review.
- Assist with client‑contracted event security and temporary parking assignments and permitting.
- Take photographs at base when needed; perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain Guest Services level of care for employees, clients, and patrons.
- Ensure compliance with Preventive Order of Duty (POD) on patrols.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to four years of security experience in a large facility.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Absence of felony or violent crime convictions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills among all staff levels.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to handle changing priorities.
- Exceptional customer service skills in a professional, considerate manner.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- City and County of Denver Security Guard License required.
- Valid and current Class C Colorado Driver’s License preferred.
Physical demands include patrol and inspection of ground and buildings; up to 75% walking. Frequent climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, possibly using an electric cart. May involve physical confrontations and exposure to dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors, adverse weather. Requires lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Two‑way hand‑held radio use required.
