, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach while helping create a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, and/or the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor activity across the location, assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during busy periods, and support loss prevention and other security‑related concerns through visible presence and observation.
• Follow Allied Universal protocols for reporting, note‑taking, and/or escalation while supporting daily operations and customer‑facing interactions in a professional manner.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
