Citadel Security USA is seeking a results-driven Field Service Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client accounts throughout the Denver metropolitan area. This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting field personnel, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring consistent service delivery across assigned locations.
Position Information- Location: Denver, CO 80238
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Wednesday to Monday | Multi-Shift Operations
- Compensation: Up to $30.00 per hour
- Requirement: Valid Driver's License and Capability of being an Armed Officer
- Direct daily security operations across multiple client sites and service locations
- Provide leadership and support to Field Supervisors and Security Officers
- Conduct routine and unannounced site visits to evaluate service quality and operational effectiveness
- Monitor staffing coverage and adjust resources to meet operational demands
- Review incident activity, shift performance, and attendance trends
- Ensure compliance with company standards, post orders, and client expectations
- Assist with operational problem-solving and emergency response coordination when necessary
- Serve as a primary operational liaison for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain productive relationships with client representatives
- Conduct regular service reviews and operational follow-ups
- Address escalated concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure contract requirements and service expectations are consistently achieved
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client satisfaction and retention
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce placement initiatives
- Coach supervisors and officers to promote professional growth and accountability
- Reinforce operational procedures, training standards, and best practices
- Assist with performance evaluations and employee development plans
- Address performance concerns through documentation and corrective action processes
- Foster a culture centered on professionalism, communication, and teamwork
- Conduct operational audits and quality-control inspections
- Verify adherence to company policies, client directives, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workplace safety practices and reporting procedures
- Identify operational vulnerabilities and recommend corrective solutions
- Review reports, inspections, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Promote consistency across all assigned locations and teams
- Review operational reports and supporting documentation
- Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, and payroll-related processes
- Monitor labor utilization, overtime trends, and staffing efficiency
- Maintain accountability for uniforms, equipment, and operational resources
- Utilize scheduling, reporting, and workforce management systems
- Prepare operational summaries and leadership reports as requested
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in security operations, business operations, leadership, or management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage employee performance
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based business systems
- Ability to travel between client locations throughout the Denver area
- Must be able to qualify for armed security certification; training and certification assistance may be provided if needed.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple locations, contracts, or operational teams
- Previous leadership experience within the security industry or service-based operations
- Familiarity with workforce management and reporting platforms, including Track Tik
- Professional certifications related to security management, leadership, or operations
