Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Daytime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or designated personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized entry and support established visitor and contractor protocols.
• Assist with daily property operations by providing directions, answering routine questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property-related issues observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
