Charlie Mike Protective Services is searching for an experienced security agent. We are looking for full‑time and part‑time individuals.

We need a reliable, proactive, and energetic individual to supplement the company’s security needs and help mentor newer agents while upholding our professional standard.

• Work various security details such as hostile terminations, workplace violence, asset recovery/delivery, close protection, and more.
• Assist security guards with operational questions and concerns.
• Assist with employee performance reviews.
• Interact with current and potential security clients.
• Enforce company policies and procedures through counseling and progressive discipline.

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law‑enforcement training is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in security operations, armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Availability to work nights and weekends if necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
