Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details in accordance with site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe visitor and vendor activity, and communicate clearly with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.;
Support retail and mall operations by assisting with crowd management, directional assistance, and policy awareness during daily activity, busy periods, and special events.
