Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a public transportation location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency responders.;
Monitor access to restricted areas, assist with crowd management during peak travel periods or special events, and provide directions or general information to the public.;
Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
