Armed Security Officer Transit Platform

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at transit facilities and surrounding areas.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, vehicle access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe passenger and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, policy violations, and security-related incidents through required channels.;
Maintain required documentation, including patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, while handling assigned equipment in accordance with applicable policies and training.
