Provide customer service to transit riders, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, stations, vehicles, and perimeter areas.;
Monitor access points, observe passenger and vehicle activity, report suspicious behavior and policy violations.;
Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation related to patrol activities.;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner
