Armed Security Flex Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Flex Officer to support various client sites within the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will provide a professional armed security presence, conduct patrols, control access, and respond to incidents and emergencies while delivering excellent customer service. Flex Officers must adapt to different post orders, environments, and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security presence at multiple client locations as a flexible coverage officer
• Control access, verify identification, and monitor entrances and exits
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to deter threats and identify safety risks
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following company protocols
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and emergency responders
• Follow all firearm safety, use-of-force, and post orders at each site
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to maintain qualifications
