Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or transit personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Monitor access to restricted areas and assist with directing authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with location procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed;
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities
