As a Security Officer Technology Facility in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor building access points, visitor activity, loading areas, and/or other designated locations; verify credentials and maintain required visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
