We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 4400 Syracuse Apartments in Denver, CO
!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls, and more.

• Prefer experience in apartment maintenance
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on‑call rotation

• $24‑$26/hour DOE
