We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team supporting utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for operators who enjoy traveling, working on large-scale ground-mount projects, and advancing quickly within a fast-growing company.

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and forklifts
• Dozer or scraper experience is a plus
• Support construction of 5–20 MW utility-scale, ground-mount solar projects
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Travel full-time between project sites

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment
• OSHA 10 certification (required)
• Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• Per diem paid 7 days a week
