We are seeking an experienced Jr. Project Manager / Technician III with a strong background in fire alarm and fire suppression systems. This role combines advanced technical expertise with field leadership, supporting complex installations in large commercial and mission‑critical environments.
Responsibilities:- Lead and support field execution of fire alarm and fire suppression systems
- Provide technical oversight for specialized systems, including programming, testing, and inspections
- Support installers and subcontractors with troubleshooting and system‑level guidance
- Interface with inspectors, general contractors, customers, and site leadership
- Assist with field coordination, quality control, and code compliance
- Work with advanced fire protection and life safety systems across large facilities
- Support systems utilizing manufacturers such as Kidde and Potter, ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Extensive experience in the fire alarm and/or fire suppression industry
- NICET certification in Fire Alarm or Fire Suppression preferred
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Low‑voltage fire alarm systems
- Programming and commissioning
- Inspections and code compliance
- Prior experience as a lead technician, field supervisor, or project manager preferred
- Strong understanding of complex fire protection systems in large commercial environments
- Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr, depending on experience and certifications
- Work primarily in the Denver metro area
- Occasional short‑term out‑of‑town travel may be required
