True Heating & Cooling in Westminster, CO is seeking HVAC Technicians - HVAC Service Technicians to join our team full-time.

We are an established, drama-free business with a friendly atmosphere that values our employees. We pay our HVAC Technicians - HVAC Service Technicians a competitive wage of $20–$43 per hour, depending on experience. Our technicians typically work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with rotating on-call duties after hours. We provide great benefits, including health insurance, PTO, paid training, and an IRA.

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
• High school diploma OR equivalent
• NATE certification
• Willingness to continue your education in the heating and cooling field
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
• Familiarity with industry software and equipment
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Understanding of the advanced principles of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration
• Valid driver s license and a good driving record
