This full-time, adventure awaits you in Denver, Colorado

The pay range for this role is $80k - $100k based on prior experience and existing skills.

Your Mission:
  • Oversee and lead the installation, retrofitting, and repair of underground and above ground fuel storage systems, fuel dispensers, monitoring equipment, and all related petroleum system components.
  • Direct on-site construction teams, ensuring safety, code compliance, and project quality standards.
  • Conduct site surveys to gather information, assess site conditions, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and submit detailed bid proposals for fuel system projects.
  • Research available project opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential bids.
  • Manage daily project documentation, including work orders, parts used, labor hours, and project notes electronically.
  • Maintain cost oversight on projects, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to budgets.
  • Complete all necessary permitting, government documentation, and regulatory compliance tasks for projects.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring new team members.
  • Collaborate with a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in petroleum fuel system installation, service, or construction, including fuel dispensers, pumps, retail POS systems, and monitoring equipment.
  • Proven experience producing accurate project estimates and submitting competitive bid proposals.
  • Experience with estimation software: familiarity with Netsuite and Fieldpoint a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum fuel equipment, components, and systems, including
  • UST/AST installation best practices, corrosion protection, leak detection, and safety standards.
  • Prior experience in leading construction teams and managing projects on active job sites.
  • Mechanical, heavy equipment, construction, or electrical service background is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of industry safety standards and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
Before You Leap:

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
