Multicard is seeking an experienced Level 3 Low Voltage Security Technician who can execute, integrate, and see projects through the finish line. This role combines hands-on technical work with field leadership and project closeout responsibility.

What You’ll Do- Program, commission, integrate, and troubleshoot access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
- Perform and guide mechanical installations including devices, door hardware coordination, pathways, and head-end layouts
- Read, interpret, and execute from blueprints, plans, and construction documents
- Lead system validation to ensure installations meet scope, design, and quality standards
- Act as the field point of contact for assigned projects
- Coordinate directly with end users, General Contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop, manage, and resolve punch list items
- Own field execution through final project closeout
- Conduct end-user training, system walkthroughs, and obtain customer acceptance sign-off
- Ensure closeout documentation is complete (as-builts, warranties, device lists, licenses)
- Communicate project completion internally to trigger invoicing and formal closeout
- Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
- Experience working for a security integrator (required)
- Strong background in programming, commissioning, and system integration (preferably Avigilon, DNA Fusion, 3XLogic and Bosch Intrusion)
- Solid mechanical installation knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction drawings – include make changes and mark ups
- Working knowledge of IT and networking concepts (IP devices, VLANs, basic networking)
- Experience supporting projects in both construction and customer-direct environments
- Understanding of jobsite process, documentation, and project flow
- Takes ownership of projects from install through closeout
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Confident communicating with customers and construction teams
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Values teamwork and accountability
