Concrete Finisher

A-One Chipseal is a full-service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. Established in 1996, it has purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. in January 2009 and Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. in September 2022. The company provides preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots, and highways and has completed numerous projects for cities, counties and CDOT across the Front Range.

Concrete finishers are responsible for preparation, placement, and the finishing of concrete.

• Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable.
• Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills.
• Must be trustworthy and honest.
• Must be 100% compliant with all safety requirements and policies.
• Able to read, write, and speak English – bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
• A current driver's license is preferred – must have a clean motor-vehicle record if operating a company vehicle.
• Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
• Able to provide legal right to work in the U.S. as A-One Chipseal participates in E-Verify.
• 3 years’ experience as a concrete finisher/form setter – flatwork, curb & gutter, metal forms.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work 60+ hours per week.
• Own transportation to and from shop.

• Hourly wage based on experience, ranges between $30.00 - $33.00 / hr
