$28-$35 / hr. for W2 employees / Flat Rate per job for 1099 contractors

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Proven experience in HVAC installation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Boiler experience is required
