Position: Mitigation/Restoration Technician 911 Restoration of Fremont County

We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Mitigation/Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and ready to make a difference by helping people restore their homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, or mold.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform mitigation services for water, fire, and mold damage.
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment.
  • Safely remove damaged materials and prepare areas for restoration.
  • Assist with the rebuild process as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Work hands-on with a team to restore properties.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged areas to determine the appropriate restoration methods.
  • execute water extraction and drying processes for affected areas.
  • Carry out fire damage restoration including smoke removal and structural repairs.
  • Implement mold remediation procedures to ensure safe environments.
  • Assist in carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of restoration activities.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Experience in restoration is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person!
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Competence in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
