This role is ideal for experienced plumbers and apprentices with hands‑on experience who are ready to grow, earn, and work in a supportive, no‑nonsense environment. We believe in second chances and real skills —

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances
• Assist with remodels, service work, and new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job layouts
• Cut, thread, assemble, and install piping using hand and power tools
• Perform pipe joining and repairs (including welding when required)
• Work alongside other trades such as HVAC, carpentry, and electrical
• Identify issues early and implement effective solutions
• Perform fixture replacements and general maintenance tasks
• Maintain jobsite safety and proper PPE use

• Licensed plumbers, experienced technicians, and apprentices with experience
• Individuals comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Those with residential and/or commercial jobsite experience
• Strong problem-solvers with mechanical aptitude
• Dependable professionals with reliable transportation

• Own hand tools and basic power tools required
• Specialty tools are a plus
• Valid driver’s license required (commercial license preferred but not required)
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and working in varied conditions
