The Electrical Technician performs tasks relating to electrical repairs/installation of electrical equipment for residential and/or commercial customers of Brothers Plumbing Heating & Electric and is responsible for maintaining customer health, safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Ambassador and spokesperson for the company
- Communicate with the customer and answer their questions and concerns.
- Work as a team with other team members
- Understand and follow all company philosophies, policies and procedures
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions given
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Complete required and requested paperwork correctly for the department by due dates given
- Perform quality workmanship that meets current code requirements, manufacturer’s and company installation standards
- Meet company performance standards per performance reviews
- Follow all company safety rules and requirements
- Operate company vehicle in a safe & professional manner
- Progress from location to location in a time efficient manner using knowledge of maps, streets and directions
- Diagnose Electrical equipment and make necessary repairs
- Install Electrical equipment
- Valid State of Colorado Residential Wireman. Journeyman or Master Electrical License
- Understand, diagnose, service, repair and install electrical concerns, components and equipment.
- Prior experience in the area of job site customer service
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math and reading comprehension.
- Comfortable learning and working with tablet software’s.
