YOUR ROLE:

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, organization, and staffing.
• Analyze bid documents and existing site conditions to outline the scope of work effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the scope of work to ensure cost management.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards based on contract documents.
• Manage a team of electricians, assigning tasks and providing necessary materials and equipment.
• Oversee labor hours, manage material procurement, schedule equipment, and report daily progress.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
• Run conduit, wire, and install/terminate devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress evaluations, punch walks, and project turnover.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years in a Foreman role managing large electrical projects.
• Broad knowledge of various electrical installations including distribution systems, lighting, HVAC equipment, conduit, wiring, and branch devices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and task management capabilities.
• Experience with company systems including Pro Core for reporting and job documentation.
• Proficient in creating and analyzing reports with Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time and work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
