We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting in a residential and light commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service. A positive attitude is a must!

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally, evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues.
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

• Extensive high quality experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair
• Have own tools is a huge perk
• Ability to work on your own
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50-100lbs of equipment
• Experience repairing stucco
• Ability to replace sheetrock
• Experience staining concrete
