Job Description
Heavy Civil Crane Operator
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: $45/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
We are partnering with a well-established heavy civil construction company seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support projects throughout Colorado’s Front Range. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong crane operating experience, pile driving knowledge, and a safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate and maintain:
- 20–75 ton hydraulic swing cranes
- Fixed lattice boom 110-ton cranes
- Support pile driving operations on active construction projects
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Work closely with field crews to ensure safe and efficient job site operations
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards in a safety-critical environment
- Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience required
- Pile driving experience is required
- NCCCO certification (or equivalent) required
- Experience operating additional heavy equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Class A CDL is a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
