Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Phase 1 (Start):
Material handling, Loading/unloading lumber, Organizing the shop, Assisting senior carpenters, Maintaining a clean workspace.;
Phase 2 (Growth):
Learning to read cut lists and blueprints.;
Phase 3 (Advancement):
Hands-on training to operate shop equipment (table saws, sanders, planers, and CNC machinery) to produce finished goods.
