2nd-Shift Mechanic: Asphalt & Equipment Pro

Overview

We are looking for a mechanic to join our team in Denver. Since its formation in 1994, A-1 Chipseal dba Rocky Mountain Pavement has been Colorado's premier contractor in providing asphalt maintenance services to both commercial and private customers, specializing in asphalt paving and patching, hot-pour crack seal, sealcoat, chip seal and slurry seal.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 1p-9p and some Saturdays from 5a-1p.

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have own tools
• Must know general repairs

• Responsible for repairs and required preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Experience working on equipment listed below is preferred:
• Asphalt equipment
• Chip seal equipment
• Slurry equipment
• Crack seal equipment
• Infrared equipment
• Concrete equipment
• Monitor and maintain applicable equipment safety items
• Repair and maintain construction equipment to manufacturer specifications
• Working indoors and outdoors

• Hourly wage based on experience, ranges between $23.00 - $28.00 / hr
