This position requires evening and weekend hours.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping and maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and guest rooms for special occasions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
