Excavator Operators – Basement Digging – Up to $35/hr – Denver, CO
A residential excavation contractor in Denver, CO is hiring experienced excavator operators for basement digging and trenching. The role pays up to $35/hr and involves operating both excavators and loaders for utility installation and foundation preparation. Candidates should have a strong background in residential sitework and be able to interpret plot plans and blueprints with precision.

- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturdays as needed)
- Stable residential project pipeline
- Minimum 3 years of residential excavation experience
- Proficiency with excavators and loaders
- Experience reading plot plans, blueprints, and site drawings
- Strong focus on safety and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Teamwork and communication skills
