- Capable of standing for extended periods, squatting, bending, and kneeling while wearing a tool belt
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to OSHA safety practices and job‑site procedures
- Willing to support activities across multiple job sites as directed
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and supplies
- Assist skilled trades with setup and support tasks

- Follow PPE requirements and report safety hazards
- Help stage deliveries and ensure materials remain stocked for crews
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of construction experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience supervising crews of 10–15+ workers preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods and procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to report effectively to project leadership
- Coordinate daily tasks based on project plans and priorities
- Develop schedules and monitor crew attendance
- Assign responsibilities and oversee workforce performance
- Train and supervise labor crews
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control
- Resolve on‑site issues and report progress to the Superintendent
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Run conduit and wiring for commercial and industrial projects
- Install panels, breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems
- Test electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Maintain organized and safe work areas
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Skilled with electrical tools and diagnostic equipment
- Physical ability to lift materials and work in demanding environments
