Carpenter Foreman – Commercial Construction
Full‑Time | 50–60 hrs/week | Schools & Multifamily New Builds
We’re hiring a hands‑on Carpenter Foreman to support ground‑up commercial projects across the region. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, wears tools when needed, and knows how to keep crews moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Lead and supervise 5–10 carpenters and subcontractors on active job sites
- Assist with layout, scheduling, task planning, and daily coordination
- Perform hands‑on carpentry as needed to support project flow
- Run daily toolbox talks and reinforce site safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints ; use Bluebeam for plans and documentation
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (as needed)
- Open and close the project site; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Strong experience in commercial carpentry and field leadership
- Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and day‑to‑day site operations
- Solid understanding of layout, sequencing, and commercial construction workflow
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and Bluebeam
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and a leadership‑first mindset
- Completion of a CITC or union apprenticeship program
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on school, multifamily, or other large‑scale commercial projects
You’ll be joining a reputable, steadily growing General Contractor known for treating their team like family. They value leadership, accountability, and people who take pride in their work. The Foreman will report directly to the Superintendent and play a key role in project success.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
