As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, gaining valuable field experience while providing exceptional customer service and learning industry best practices.

What Will I Do?
- Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects
- Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments
- Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including:
- Air conditioners
- Furnaces
- Ductwork
- Thermostats
- Ductless mini‑split systems
- Air filtration systems
- Zoning systems and dampers
- Low‑and high‑voltage wiring
- Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels
- Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications

- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on rooftops
- Climb ladders and work at varying heights
- Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
