Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family residential community in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' related maintenance experience and be skilled in various trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
This role includes supervising the maintenance staff, ensuring that service requests are completed efficiently and safely, and conducting regular safety inspections. Competitive pay between $37 to $40 per hour and benefits included.
