Operate a variety of heavy equipment including front-end loaders, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, telehandlers, and water trucks;
Perform excavation, trenching, and material movement;
Load/unload materials (beams, lumber, rock, etc.);
Assist with installation of tiebacks / soil nails and micropiles / ground improvement systems;
Support crews with manual labor (approximately 50% equipment / 50% labor)
