Multi-Site Make Ready Technician – Apartment Building (Denver)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented person who enjoys hands‑on work. In this role, you’ll prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing light repairs, maintenance, and final touch‑ups—ensuring each apartment is clean, functional, and move‑in ready.

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make‑ready checklists
• Record unit turn requirements in Onesite/Facilities
• Meet quality standards for unit readiness and inventory
• Perform drywall repairs, touch‑up painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Replace or repair windows, screens, doors, shelves, baseboards, lights, and more
• Assist with painting and exterior repairs
• Make new keys and manage lock changes
• Help with trash‑out and moving bulky items
• Report supply needs to management
• Participate in on‑call rotation

• Experience with apartment maintenance or Maintenance/Repair role
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.

• $21.00‑$24.00 an hour
