The role’s primary responsibility is to perform routine maintenance and skilled repairs to the building and equipment, providing attentive and courteous service to guests, and ensuring their stay is filled with Amazing Moments.

Employment Type:
Non-Exempt, Hourly. Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Final date to receive applications:
July 11th, 2026.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the building and equipment, including rooms, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, water treatment systems, swimming pool, and other facilities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to keep all equipment operational.
- Adhere to federal, state, local safety regulations, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to a supervisor.
- Manage inventory and supplies, replenish items efficiently, and minimize waste.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals.
- Perform plumbing repairs such as clogged drains, copper pipe work, washer and faucet replacements, and drain fittings.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures and repair wall coverings.
- Program and replace televisions and electronic lock systems as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and patiently.
- Attend departmental pre‑shift and mandatory meetings.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong reading and writing skills for documentation, supply ordering, and understanding repair manuals.
- Basic math skills, including percentages, quantities, and variances.
- Professional verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience or certification in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields preferred.
Must be able to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, and reaching. Ability to stand during entire shift.
