This is a full-time, on-site Plumbers - Single Family role based in Denver, CO. The plumber will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in single-family homes, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and related components. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, completing service calls, and ensuring all work meets local codes and safety standards. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints or work orders, selecting appropriate materials and tools, and documenting work performed.
Team members will interact directly with homeowners, explain findings and options, provide accurate timelines and updates, and represent Dema Services in a professional and courteous manner. The position may require occasional overtime, participation in an on-call rotation, and travel within the local service area.
- Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant work in residential (single-family) settings.
- Experience working with pipes and related systems, including cutting, threading, fitting, and joining various pipe materials.
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive maintenance and timely resolution of service issues.
- Commitment to excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust with homeowners.
- Valid plumbing license or journeyperson certification in Colorado (or ability to obtain, as applicable).
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for residential plumbing work.
- Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and equipment; adherence to company and jobsite safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites as required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in plumbing for single-family homes.
