SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasionally 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

About the RoleChoice Electric is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a variety of commercial and industrial projects. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. You’ll be a mentor to apprentices and journeymen, a liaison with clients and inspectors, and a driving force behind project success.

Required:
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
- 4–7 years of hands‑on electrical experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical/building codes
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
Preferred:
- Colorado Master Electrician License
- Certifications:
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Denver Fire Alarm Installer - Trade school certification or a high school diploma
- Experience with electronic project management platforms (Blue Beam, Procore, Plan Grid)
- Lead and manage a crew of 4–8 apprentices and journeymen on various electrical projects
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of electrical installation, service, and repair
- Oversee conduit and cable installations (MC, EMT, rigid), as well as underground PVC work
- Install electrical devices, fixtures, backup generators, and lighting control systems
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded
Maintain clear and professional communication with GCs, owners, inspectors, and team members - Conduct job site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
- Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members
- Support the company’s strategic direction as a member of the field leadership team
