Job Overview

Acquiring the Ace Handyman Services Craftsman position requires a multi-skilled, customer‑focused professional who can complete maintenance and repair projects efficiently and with a high standard of workmanship.

• Perform maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial projects.
• Execute precise workmanship with a variety of materials including wood, metal, ceramics, and textiles.
• Select appropriate materials based on durability, properties, and customer preferences.
• Operate hand and power tools safely, maintaining them in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a 4.5‑star rating from reviews.
• Provide estimates (time and cost) for jobs and manage billing when required.
• Complete job documentation and service reports accurately.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ownership of a truck or van.
• Ownership of work tools.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency with technology; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Commitment to obtaining OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of employment.

• Stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs up to 15 ft.
• Lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing as needed.
• Maintain adequate vision (natural or corrected) for close and distance work with normal depth perception.
• Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability.
