Carpenter Foreman (All Phases) – Commercial Construction (Denver Metro)

We are hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor that values growth, strong leadership, and doing things the right way.

Projects:

• Ground-up + tenant improvements
• K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–10 carpenters on active job sites
• Work as a tools-on foreman (not just paperwork)
• Read and interpret blueprints, layout work, and direct daily tasks
• Oversee carpentry scope from start to completion
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Build/oversee:
  • Backing & blocking
  • Safety rails & handrails
  • Rough + finish carpentry
  • Punch list and project closeout
• Coordinate with superintendent and other trades to keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For:

• 10–15 years of commercial carpentry experience
• 4+ years as a Carpenter Foreman with a General Contractor
• Strong experience across all phases (rough to finish)
• Ability to read blueprints and run layout
• Experience leading small crews and managing daily production
• Must be comfortable working with tools daily

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
