Carpenter Foreman (All Phases) – Commercial Construction (Denver Metro)
We are hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor that values growth, strong leadership, and doing things the right way.
Projects:
- Ground-up + tenant improvements
- K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3–10 carpenters on active job sites
- Work as a tools-on foreman (not just paperwork)
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout work, and direct daily tasks
- Oversee carpentry scope from start to completion
- Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Build/oversee:
- Backing & blocking
- Safety rails & handrails
- Rough + finish carpentry
- Punch list and project closeout
- Coordinate with superintendent and other trades to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For:
- 10–15 years of commercial carpentry experience
- 4+ years as a Carpenter Foreman with a General Contractor
- Strong experience across all phases (rough to finish)
- Ability to read blueprints and run layout
- Experience leading small crews and managing daily production
- Must be comfortable working with tools daily

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
