Pipe Mechanical Trades II
- Plumber

The University of Colorado Denver is seeking a qualified plumber to join its Facilities Management team. This position operates under the general supervision of the Trades Shop Supervisor and is responsible for performing skilled plumbing work across campus facilities. The role includes the maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of plumbing systems such as water lines, sewer systems, water heaters, softeners, and restroom fixtures.

Facilities Management at CU Denver is dedicated to providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components in university buildings
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Modify and upgrade existing plumbing infrastructure to meet operational needs
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and university standards
  • Collaborate with other trades and departments to support campus-wide maintenance and operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and service records

This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Denver, Colorado.
