Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Candidate will be working in a dialysis clinic, so candidate must have a highly professional attitude. Candidate will be provided with a company vehicle All tools, and PPE will be provided Team Overview:
Candidate will be working independently Resource's typical working day:
Driving to and from multiple sites each day - 20-25 sites Responding to work orders at clinics
- Fixing door locks
- Light fixtures
- Outlets
- Sink faucets
- Ceiling tile replacements - HVAC Repairs
Licenses/Certifications:
EPA Certification - must be able to work with refrigerant Current/valid driver's license
Must Have
Skills:
Plumbing skills HVAC Electrical
Nice to have skills:
Any advanced knowledge would be a plus
Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Good written and verbal communication skills
Years of
Experience:
Any amount of experience will be considered Education h.s. diploma or GED, trade school is a plus Software skills:
Basic computer skills Microsoft office

Interview Process: 1st round in person with lead engineer, 2nd round virtual with H.M.
About the Role:
As a HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
- Assign tasks to team members. Ensure all duties are done in a timely manner.
- Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
